Today I am feeling passive.

I believe this is what they refer to as “lounging,”
watching bodies float down this lazy river.

A life line dashes the nipples.
Your breath: a strange type of cursive.
“LIGHT GUARD #3”
When cremated, we burst into water. When watered, this body bursts into flames. I am no fire woman, but I often dream of extinguishing the space between my ears. These bodies provide the fuel. All I do is smolder.
